CleverLink has moved to new office on 17 May 13 and at the same time, we created the new office called
Clever Centre. The address is 1/251-253 Princes Hwy, Corrimal. Total space is 355 square metres and
has 4 big rooms, 3 big open space and 4 toilets. There is a big FREE car park at the back and the office
has great highway exposure. It is exciting for us, our clients and all our networks.
The office has vibrant and positive energy and is ideal for:
- Other businesses to join us
- Group training and seminars
- Networking and meetings
- Virtual offices & hot desks for the day or hour
We plan to set up the centre as an open and creative work space. Easy to move furniture around, quick to
set up and pack away. The centre will be designed as a work-life balance and also family friendly. The
centre has enough space to set up a kid’s zone - convenient for parents in business. We plan to also will
run yoga class at lunch time to help local business people enhance their health and productivity. Of course,
it is a form of networking and supporting each other.
Cleverlink managing director Camtu Pham has added another string to her very long bow by launching a new Clever Centre in Corrimal.
Mrs Pham has come a long way since migrating to Australia with her family from Vietnam in 1984. Back then she lived on a diet of pies because it was the only word she could say in English to the women in her school canteen.
During the last three decades, she learned many more words and became a best-selling author and highly successful businesswoman.
But first she completed her HSC, a master's degree in commerce and a degree in computer science from the University of Wollongong.
She spent two years working in research and information technology with the Defence Department in Canberra and three years in strategic planning at UOW.
Then in 1998 she founded an IT consultancy called CleverLink.
Within a decade it was recognised alongside Yahoo, Canon and Nokia as one of the top IT companies in Australia.
Mrs Pham has also become an international speaker, e-business consultant and a mother.
In 2005 she was named Sydney Business Woman of the Year for the success of CleverLink, now relocated into her latest business venture in Corrimal.
On Wednesday, Mrs Pham opened the Clever Centre in Corrimal.
The idea for the centre evolved earlier this year when she was looking for a new office for CleverLink. She found one she loved but needed more businesses to help fill the space.
"Some dreams, like writing a book (Aim High, Fly Fast), took me 20 years because it was a childhood dream," Mrs Pham said.
"Clever Centre took less than three months from the day an idea conceived in my head to the big launch. Lots of work, but another dream and a vision has come true."
Mrs Pham hopes many future businesses and professionals will use the Clever Centre as a launching pad.
It is flexible in how it can be used, and can even provide all the technology and support services so no set-up costs are needed.
There are opportunities for co-working and collaboration, a multi-purpose training-and-conference centre, meeting rooms and chill spaces.
There is also space for forums, networking and get-togethers.
Mrs Pham said it was a professional office space with a full reception service that could be used by home-based businesses or to help commuters restore work-life balance through efficient tele-working.
On weekends it can also be used for business-related gatherings, with access to video and photography services.
