The Cotswolds is a region drenched in history, tradition, culture, and legend. I've always been interested in how stories connect to places - and how knowing these stories can completely change our experience of a place.
When I heard about The St Kenelm Miracle play I got in touch with the writer and director, Cressida Pryor, who kindly agreed to let me film it.
St Kenelm's Day falls on the 17th July, with the play taking place on a weekend. It is performed at three different locations in and around Winchcombe: outside the St Kenelm's Well near Sudeley Hill Farm, in the grounds of Sudeley Castle, and inside St Peter's Church.
