Blue Doll is a short film that deals with manipulation of image amongst women. Aiming to overcome fear of revealed identity, the character in Blue Doll descends into the pool of reflection, becoming playful and carefree within her environment. She shows curiosity towards her mirrored image, but can never see past a masked face. Confronted by the viewer and herself, she grows distressed, wanting to remove the disguise. The attempt to break through fear of image leaves her uneasy as she submerges herself beneath falsity, not to be seen.
