My Date With Adam, a short film by award winning writer Dennis Schebetta, is a clever and quirky romantic comedy. The script and production plans for My Date With Adam were entered into the 2013 Steeltown Film Factory Competition, a competition that received over 250 short scripts. After three grueling “pitch” sessions, Dennis emerged as the Ellen Weiss Kander Award winner and gained funding to shoot the movie this summer. Steeltown granted $20,000 to make this movie which was well used on the talented cast and crew, equipment rentals, location fees, props, wardrobe, special fx, catering, etc.
The money that we receive from this campaign will go towards post-production and marketing and distribution.
Your support will help make My Date With Adam complete for its premiere screening in the Three Rivers Film Festival in the Fall of 2013.
Every little bit helps, and we appreciate your support.
