This is a segment which aired in 2002 celebrating the 25th anniversary of Hawaii's premier TV show, Hawaiian Moving Company, which I had the privilege of working on from 1994 to 2004 as a segment producer, photographer & editor. Although the show ended its run in 2004, it was considered to be one of the longest running local TV shows in the country and continued to be shown in reruns and in re-packaged format around the world. The show garnered multiple Emmy & Iris awards during its run and typically won every time period in which it aired, including a late-night slot on Sunday evenings. The show produced over 3,000 segments during its time on the air and was syndicated in five countries in Europe and Asia. This segment originally aired on KGMB-TV in Honolulu, Hawaii.
