Purpose: To correct posture and decompress weight bearing joints as a means to decrease the effects of prolonged standing or sitting
Stand or sit and simultaneously:
1. tuck chin
2. draw shoulder blades back and down
3. stick chest out 4. arch low spine.
4. Hold corrected position for 2 seconds and repeat.
*Imagine making one's self taller.
*Do not attempt to sit or stand in corrected position for great duration.
*Perform periodically throughout periods of prolonged stationary sitting or standing
