Partner WOD.
4 x 3min AMRAPs
2 Stations. Each partner works at opposite stations and switches at each 3 min mark. So each partner will work for a total of 12 mins, with 6 mins at each station.
Station 1: 10 Snatches, 10 Back Squats (115/75)
Station 2: Run 1 lap, max burpee box jumps (30/24)
