This was created to celebrate and honor my friend, Richard, who retired the L.A.P.D. as a Lieutenant after 32 years of service. It played at his retirement party and was very well received. His last night "on the job," I rode with him to record an interview. I never expected to use it to poke fun but Richard didn't seem to mind at all. Actually, it reduced him to tears from laughing so hard. He's cut into some of the various scenes. The voice over is a friend who does great VO work but I did adjust his pitch to make him a bit more ominous. With regard to the copyright material, it falls under the "fair and reasonable use" and "parody" laws. But nonetheless, thank you to all the artists for allowing me to use the bits and pieces. Comments always welcome and appreciated.
