To celebrate Superba Snack Bar's 1 Year Anniversary Superba hosted a special dinner featuring chefs that exemplify Los Angeles’ culinary scene. On Thursday, August 8, cooking with Chef Jason Neroni were David LeFevre (M.B. Post and Fishing with Dynamite), Vinny Dotolo (Animal and Son of a Gun), Kris Yenbamroong (NIGHT + MARKET), and Craig Thorton (Wolvesmouth), with Noah Ellis (Red Medicine) crafting cocktails. The group collaborated to offer a six-course prix-fixe dinner.
