Purpose: To rotate the lumbar and thoracic spine fully in opposite directions as seen in many functional movements.
1. Lie on back with knees and hips bent heels to buttocks.
2. Reach knees to one side and arms to the opposite side.
3. Keep the thumbs up.
4. Hold 30 seconds or exhale into stretch holding 2 seconds and release repeating 10 times.
