This is one of my favorite hymns. It took several tries to write an arrangement that danced well with the piece and maintained my sound. There is a lot of wind, breath, fire and trinity in this music.
Many thanks to Heather Larson for adding her beautiful voice to this project!

I recorded this using my Taylor 12-String, Schalloch Djembe, Casio Privia PX-300, Pork-pie snare, T. Mead Mandolin, Clark Penny Whistle and a few other bills and bobs. :) Thanks for listening!
Lyrics (Edwin Hatch, 1878):
Breathe on me, Breath of God,
Fill me with life anew,
That I may love what thou dost love,
And do what thou wouldst do.
Breathe on me, Breath of God,
Until my heart is pure,
Until with thee I will thy will,
To do and to endure.
Breathe on me, Breath of God,
Till I am wholly thine,
Till all this earthly part of me
Glows with thy fire divine.
Breathe on me, Breath of God,
So shall I never die,
But live with thee the perfect life
Of thine eternity.
