Nortasuna is the way friends wish to share their pleasure for spanish products, as an Itinerant Gastronomy Society, getting together with different people and friends where the occasion has new excellent produce to taste.

This time the meeting took place in Hondarribia / Fuenterrabia, next to San Sebastián in the Basque Country (north of Spain). @Lorentzero and @zampus, with @marta_olass and Matteo from Olasagasti organized a dinner with fresh white tuna, ancient style cheeses from Monxto Lizeaga "Euskal Gaztak" and Basque Country famous Txakolí from Hirutza thanks to Iker @ubiksupperclub. Great chef Loren @Lorentzero was there to cook this white tuna in shushi and ventresca, and Matteo cooked some more tuna just fried on one side. Of course we did not missed these special anchovies from Olasagasti! @Olasagasti_es
