Purpose: To stretch the muscles of the elbow and forearm that flex the wrist.
1. Hold arm to be stretched out in front elbow straight.
2. Bend wrist toward ceiling and assist by applying pressure on the finger tips of the four fingers.
3. Complete motion by pushing hand inwardd until stretch is felt.
4. Hold 30 seconds or apply over pressure while exhaling into stretch hold for 2 seconds for 10 reps.
