Purpose: To stretch hamstring and muscles and glutes of the posterior thigh with assist from arms.
1. Wrap the strap or rope around the midfoot just above the heel.
2. Keeping the knee relatively straight lift the leg up and in toward the inside pointing the toe in that direction.
3. Use arms to pull into stretch and hold 30 seconds or exhale into stretch holding 2 seconds repeat10 times.
