Purpose: To stretch the upper trapezius and decrease tightness in the neck and shoulder.
1. Sit or stand.
2. Reach hand of stretch side behind back and reach down toward buttocks.
3. Bend head to side and feel stretch.
4. Use weight of arm to assist in stretch DO NOT PULL
*Hold 30 seconds or inhale in start position and exhale into stretch holding 2 seconds and release repeating 10 times.
