Pointlight Script (00:05):
Demonstration of a Mel script I wrote for animating strings of pointlights to increase and decrease pointlights in sequence. The final shot was lit in Maya 2011 and rendered with RenderManForMaya 4.0 for the Project X short film "Driven."
Tiretrack Script (00:26):
Demonstration of a PyMel script I write to automate the creation of a tire track following a wheel. The final shot used in the demonstration was lit in Maya 2011 and rendered with RenderManForMaya 4.0 for the Project X short film "Driven."
Rigging Demo 1 (00:33):
This is a low res game model I modeled and textured using Maya and ZBrush. Rigged and skinned in Maya.
Rigging Demo 2 (00:48):
This is a demo of facial rigging using SDKs in Maya, using the Zukafa head model.
Both models were created in Maya. AO and contour passes rendered using Mental Ray, composited in Eyeon Fusion.
Balloon Scene (01:04):
Balloon model came from creative crash. Animated, rigged, and textured in Maya. Rendered with Mental Ray. Composited in Eyeon Fusion.
Mine Shaft Scene (01:17):
Mine tunnel and props were modeled and textured by Maxwell Forbes. I did modeling, texturing, fur, rigging, and animation of the character. I created the camera animation, particle effects and lighting in Maya, rendered using RenderManForMaya, and composited in Eyeon Fusion.
