How do normal cells evolve into cancer cells? Our understanding of this process has been fueled by powerful technological advances and insights gained from the study of tumor viruses. It is now possible to biologically target tumors using increasingly personalized approaches to therapy by identifying genes and signaling pathways. The speakers will discuss our current understanding of breast cancer, as well as opportunities and challenges for the future.
