News and branding redesign package I designed. This is the final product of a 10-month redesign process. The goal of this project was to establish a master TV2 brand that was memorable for both the eye and the ear. Another goal of the rebrand was to create a sense of trust for student television. This was done through the use of clean graphics, professional music and a mature-sounding voice.
Graphics began as mockups in Photoshop and then brought to life using Cinema 4D and After Effects. The overall look evolved through revisions made based on input from news and station staff.
Animations were built for air in Chyron Lyric. Most graphics are macro-driven to allow each graphic to "think for itself," such as the seven day forecast.
