It’s a little different then the original made by Count Pavel Stroganov, but I am quite sure that if the Czar tasted mine he would say “Spa-si-ba Tovarish”.
I have made this a couple of different ways but this recipe is the best so far.
Serve over “Dutch Egg Noodles”, Fetuccini, rice or Marble Rye bread (toasted if you want).
