This is a quick project to forge because it needs little pre-curve work and no tip tapering work, so I thought it would be a good one to show the entire hammering process. Every hammer blow is here for this little knife, though all the heating time has been edited out. This video spans from the time after the piece was cut on a 45 degree angle up to the time it was ready for filing in preparation for hardening and tempering. (if anyone counts the hammer blows, please let me know how many there are!) *edit* 394...thanks, Viking!
