NIRUK (Nina Ruthe-Klein) was part of a design collective with the designer Alexander Kielmann called .griffconcept in 1997. They designed a modular climbing system out of sandcasted aluminum modules. The name of the system is "Spaceboulder" and was used several times as an event module on different music fesivals like the Kick Zone at popkomm, Cologne or Nature One, at Pydna Raketenstation in Kastellaun. It was a stage for at that time still very young scene of Video Jockey's and for young electronic music Dj´s. .griffconcept was also cooutfitter in 1998 at the radio freefm event in Ulm - where bands have appeared like Freundeskreis with Max Herre.
The climbing wall system has connected the passion to club music and the urbane living and urbane (climbing) sport.
NIRUK was still backstage outfitter in the years (2000-2013) for different musicians like Fettes Brot, Revolverheld, Nena, Culcha Candela, Unheilig, Luxuslärm, Manfred Man and others at the music festival "Summertime" or the "White Sands Festival" at Norderney and the "Spaceboulder" is still operational.
