Björgvin is becoming a great weightlifter but he is first and foremost a CrossFitter. Therefore it is not enough for him to be able to lift a weight with great technique once but to do it repeatedly for a long time. I have meet many CrossFitters that took some time of to focus on Olympic weightlifting. Many of them progressed a lot for their effort. While that is great, a good number of them forgot that the good/improved technique they had achieved in a pure Olympic weightlifting setting will go out the window when they are totally exhausted in a CF workout...unless they also practice the technique in that setting.
Notice especially how efficient Björgvin is getting the bounce in the bottom of the front squat instead of sitting still, re-gripping the barbell on the way down from the shoulders and thereafter lowering the barbell to the ground. Furthermore, this is 60 kilos and he pulls the barbell like it is 60 kilos. In high-rep work like this you don't wanna pull like it's twice the weight that it actually is. You'll just gas out that much faster.
