Originally designed as part of a ceiling screen projection project for a theater complex in Beirut. I developed the sequence into a one minute short using Boards of Canada's "Palace Posy" track.
Inspired by a single scene in Alex Roman's "The Third & The Seventh," and taking cues from M. C. Escher and Salvador Dali the animation serves as a surreal trip from downtown LA's One California Plaza into an abstract field of planes and surfaces. The focus was to entertain and convey a fully absorbing, captivating 360° experience.
