WNC HOP Overview (English)

See how the NC Healthy Opportunities Pilot, led by Impact Health in Western North Carolina, is transforming the way we care for each other. HOP is the first program in the nation to use Medicaid funds to pay for a select set of evidence-based services to address the food, housing, transportation and interpersponal safety needs of qualifying NC Medicaid Managed Care members. The goal is to improve health, reduce healthcare costs, and increase the capacity of organizations serving our community.
