Memory Maps provides patients and the family a shared platform for recording stories for their beloved ones, revisiting memories at wherever those happened, and building up meanings at the moment while reminiscing together. Through preserving stories, Memory Maps bring people closer. The focuses were not only creating rich experiences for the future but also engaging the moment of now by reminiscing about the past.
