In the Queen's Cup Balloon Race balloonists competed to see who could travel the furthest during two days of flying. The race set off from Bristol early on Saturday morning and the winner touched down on the North Norfolk coast at 4pm on Sunday.
The Queen's Cup is the oldest sporting trophy in the UK, dating from 1719. The cup was donated by The Queen to The Royal Aero Club of the United Kingdom in 2010. Since 2011, it has been awarded by the club to different air sport competitions.
