GRAND (Graphics, Animation and New Media) is a Canadian Network of Centres of Excellence (NCE) responding to the needs of researchers, industry, government and non-profit organizations for partnership, training, policies and innovation in Canada.
Spanning several universities across Canada, GRAND is dedicated to addressing complex issues in digital media and transforming multidisciplinary research into user-centred solutions. GRAND explores the use and application of digital media in a variety of settings including entertainment, healthcare, education, environmental sustainability, and public policy.
Applying the creativity of top Canadian researchers to work on important technological, social, economic and health issues.
