Huw had booked a day of guiding + skills round Staveley and Kentmere to get a look at some of the groovy trails. It was a grey misty day but we didn't let it spoil our fun! we headed out round some of the Kentmere loop and pushed up the steep side of Garburn Pass to make sure Huw got a good look at the trail he was about to ride. Bearing in mind, this was only his second time out on seriously rocky trails, the lad did good! (Well done Huw!) The rocks on some sections move around like giant marbles and parts of it are quite steep so it's always fun and games trying to get through it all and still be upright. There were plenty of chances to practise manuals and small drops on route and we had loads of puddles to wheelie over and into on the way back to the giant Wheelbase bike shop in Staveley. Another grand day out with Trail Motions Bike Skills!
