The Parts Registry contains a wide range of interesting protein coding BioBricks, but there is no standardized way of presenting basic information about them. We have developed a tool which is able to identify the open reading frame of a BioBrick, analyze the sequence and the encoded protein and export the results in a format that can easily be integrated into the part description (and the team wikis) as a single table.

This enables users to see basic information about the BioBrick at a quick glance in a standardized table, saving time, facilitating the comparison of BioBricks and improving the annotation of the parts.
