People come to Chef Eric’s Culinary Classroom in West Los Angeles to learn how to cook, how to become a chef, how to become a pastry chef, how to master cooking techniques, and to take recreational classes for fun.
Chef Eric is a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America, Hyde Park. Chef Eric has trained professionals who have gone on to run high-end kitchens and to open their own restaurants. He worked in European kitchens abroad and in a prominent position with Patina Catering of the Patina Restaurant Group. These experiences led Chef Eric to open the Culinary Classroom in 2003, as a place where people with all levels of culinary experience could hone impressive and valuable culinary skills.
Some of Chef Eric’s most popular Professional Programs include his 18-week Master Chef Training Program and four-week Culinary Basics Series. There are nearly 40 recreational cooking and baking classes, including cooking for couples, Cake Decorating Basics, Wine and Beer Pairing classes, Sushi Making, Chinese, Indian, and Italian Cuisine classes and much more.
