This is from the October 01, 2013 Q&A Webinar for Make The Cut!
Please NOTE: MTC Version 4.6.1 is used for the demos given in this Webinar.

00:00:00 Welcoming Remarks
00:00:56 Bryan does a follow-up explanation on the last two questions from the September 24 2013 Webinar as follows:
00:01:19 Bryan demos a 2nd option on how to make a circle with 32 scallops using the duplicating rotation tool (Julie covered one method in the Sept. 24, 2013 webinar and Bryan briefly reviews that as well.) He then talks about how to use this 2nd method to create a scalloped oval (00:21:00) and then discusses issues in trying to use it to create a scalloped rectangle or square (00:22:32) (anything that has an “angle” to it) and how better to create those.
00:30:25 Bryan reviews where to find the Duplicate – Rotate Tools under the Edit Menu and the 3 options available to use
00:36:47 Bryan follows up on answer to the question on cleaning up the witch’s broom from the September 24, 2013 Webinar (suggests that you also go back and review the discussion on this from the Sept. 24th Webinar.) He discusses tracing something to get the “inverse” of what you trace to keep.
00:45:20 Bryan goes back and again shows how he would do an “inverse” tracing of what he wants in order to get a better trace of the object(s) he wants to keep
00:49:00 Bryan answers question regarding using the hand tracing tools in MTC used to cut out a person from one photo and now user wants to export that person with the texture not just the cut lines to add to another photo in MTC (basic idea also covered in Julie’s following tutorial)
00:53:42 Julie gives a demonstration on how to take a photo realistic image to create a 3D decoupage design in MTC (and discusses use of Craft Artist to do this as well and why she prefers to use MTC to do it over Craft Artist program.) The demo shows the use of a number of tools and features from within MTC. Also deals with doing a “print and cut” without registration marks. 01:14:42 Follow up questions on Julie’s Demo on 3d images
01:19:25 Bryan shows a Cheetah image to create similar 3D effect with photo as originally covered in this thread from Sept. 25, 2012: forum.make-the-cut.com/discussion/27139/how-do-you-do-this; and as shown in a past Webinar (Cannot find link to that Webinar, if anyone knows it please share)
01:23:40 Bryan recommends if you are using a raster program like Gimp, Paintshop Pro, or others to leave your layers in file before importing into MTC. He demonstrates working with the Cheetah image
01:31:55 Bryan reviews issue raised in this thread: forum.make-the-cut.com/discussion/34884/help-trying-to-get-cameo-to-cut-some-stickers-of-our-own-artwork. User wanted to trace in image to cut as stickers but was getting double lines on the border. Bryan shows another technique to use to make image so that it can be cut as a sticker.
