Timelapse of playing with beams of light and kinect.
For my Stardust project I needed to place the flocking system in a frame buffer object. I have never worked with FBOs before so to explore how the code worked and also to have some fun with beams of light, I tried out Portals by Joel Gethin Lewis.
Portals "allows for the mapping of horiztonal beams onto a body in real time - face, chest and crotch, using a Kinect as gestural input." Portals was created by Joel as part of ScreenLab Series in 2013.
