A look into what the gentlemen of Temple University Gymnastics took part in during a morning workout. This is a lighter circuit of strength but adding a slight bit of cardio and plyo into the regiment sometimes is difficult for gymnasts. Gymnasts do not need much cardio endurance above 1 minute 10 seconds for the floor exercise but its nice to push your aerobic system every know and then. Prior to the stairs the guys did a cycle of Hi Res Low repetition.
