In September 2013 we hosted the first Kinfolk Workshop for Western Australia. Preserving the Season was an intimate workshop that took place at Foragers Field Kitchen in Pemberton. Attendees learnt how to make Fresh Strawberry Jam and Pickled Asparagus using the best of our South-West produce. After the workshop we shared a wonderful meal prepared by the lovely people at Foragers.
