RealFlow has a variety of surprises. Some very simple sounding things are famously difficult to simulate. One of these is paint dripping down a wall. RealFlow particles always just slide down the wall en masse rather than some sticking and thicker parts dripping down as practical paint would. The RF particles also pull apart into little pieces rather than forming a thin coating. Here's an example of a successful simulation method developed by Mark Stasiuk at Fusion CI Studios that produces a realistic dripping paint behavior.
