Quite a dramatic change of cloud type in this video and a brief example of asperatus - a cloud variety whose name was coined by the Cloud Appreciation Society. Asperatus is latin for 'roughened up'. A series of stills taken on May 13th 2009, between 09.39 and 19.53, looking approx. north east towards the Pennines, a few miles south of Carlisle, Cumbria, UK.
