GT2 is my bachelor thesis for the Information Design program at FH JOANNEUM.

GT2 is the progression of Getting Space ( The goal of the game is to reach as high a highscore as possible, by avoiding barricades along a procedurally generated track.

Based on the user feedback to Getting Space the game got friendlier and visually more interesting.

This was achieved by extensive use of shaders and meshes with vertex colors, modified Normals and multiple UVs.

The game was made to run in stereoscopic 3d at 1792x768 at 60 FPS on a large projection screen and is controlled by a Kinect. For demonstration purposes this video was captured at 720p at 30 FPS and was controlled with a mouse.
