Unsatisfied in the availability of quality ready-made pastry, and well aware of the significant time and effort required to create homemade pastry, there was an observable gap in the market when William and Claire Wood established Carême Pastry in 2005. Together they crafted a sustainable, family owned business with a special focus on the production of high quality, ready to use pasta dough.
