This is my internship project for Side Effects. They wanted a set they could do demos on and also a scene they could send out so that direct comparisons can be made with other render engines.
I used Houdini for all of the 3D aspects of the shot, design/layout, modeling, UVs, shading, lighting and rendering.
Texture maps were created in Photoshop and final composite was completed in Nuke.
I had a great time working at Side Effects and I'm looking forward to my next adventure.
