This is the newest version of my chase cam, version 3. I'm calling it the Heisenberg for the rest of the series. I've spent a month on the project, working through three different designs by trial and error to get what I think is the most complete, robust, and capable product of my efforts - As a result, this near final design is truly producing what I consider to be the most stable and smooth chase cam footage I have ever seen. Of course, there are some instances where instability is unavoidable - Mechanical turbulence close to the ground for one. Anytime the glider and pilot feel turbulence, the chase cam will also. I am in the process of patenting this version.
CAUTION: TOW CAMERAS CAN BE VERY DANGEROUS. THEY CAN GET SNAGGED ON OBJECTS, CAUSING INJURY AND/OR DEATH. THEY CAN PREVENT A PARAGLIDER WING FROM RE-INFLATING, CAUSING INJURY AND/OR DEATH. THEY CAN GET CAUGHT IN A PARAMOTOR'S PROPELLOR, COLLAPSING THE WING AND CAUSING INJURY AND/OR DEATH. IF YOU FLY WITH A TOW CAMERA ATTACHED TO YOUR PARAGLIDER, YOU ARE DOING SO AT YOUR OWN RISK.
