A film by Vera and Adrian.
This is cut from footage of us improvising to camera on the subject of singlehood. I'm interested in the editor's power to distort a narrative or to create a narrative out of nothing. With this is mind, we started without a story-board, or characterisation, or any particular goal; it is only in the editing some ghost of a story emerged. And this is only one possible version.
We would like to thank Lim Eng Siang and Yoon Su Ann for providing the location, and Anna Masing for the camera.
The music used for the title sequence is 'Into Each Life Some Rain Must Fall' by The Ink Spots.
