Using still images I was able to create movement. Each image is unique in color, distortion, and orientation. By shortening or extending images, and placing similar looking images next to each other, the viewer is able to see the images move, in a way. Movement does not necessarily mean motor movement. Some images appear to shake, some may appear to move radically, but it is thanks to the rapid movement of the frames that allows the eye to perceive movement. In this particular piece, there is movement that effects vision and perhaps hearing.
