This is a poignant tale of a young girl (played by seven-year-old Karina Warwick) and the bond with her granddad (veteran Australian actor Peter McAllum).
Directed by award-winning director Yannis Nikolakopoulos and produced by the National Relay Service, the film shows how people with hearing loss can use relay calls to stay in touch with family and friends.
