This is simply the audio of the most relevant section. We have promised to protect our source and are having to edit video accordingly. Should be up tomorrow morning. It will be a clip of just over a minute.
The first 6 seconds here is the unvarnished sound. The relevant words begin at about 3 seconds in. After that, we've isolated the most clear words: 1st we isolated "crown land" and "government," then we slowed down the entire statement before looping the "f*ckin' natives" clip at the end.
If it makes a difference, we can make an attempt to safely pass a "lossless" version of the audio to any media who wish to cover the story. This will not be possible with the video.
After listening to it several dozen times, in slo mo, etc. We hear "crown land belongs to our government not to our fuckin' natives" (almost word for word as reported by @osmich here: aptn.ca/pages/news/2013/10/17/crown-land-belongs-to-the-government-not-to-fcking-natives/ and originally here: twitter.com/Osmich/status/390846422666715137
Our demands stand. Identify, apologize, discipline.
