During a recent visit to his Trinity restaurant, by leading European Food Photographer Klaus Einwanger and his team, top London chef Adam Byatt, shared his thinking on cooking and his personal responsibility to protect the natural food resources and the environment which he uses on a daily basis.
This completely personal and emotional comment by Adam became the idea for the very first part of a small series about food.
