Labrador Passage is a documentary film project that follows two men retracing Mina Hubbard's historic 1905 canoe journey through Labrador. Rather than rely on modern, high tech gear made from Gore-Tex or nylon, they will use traditional equipment, such as a canvas tent and packs, a cedar canvas canoe, wool, and waxed tin cloth rain gear. Much of their equipment will be handmade.
