I found this boulder a little over 2 years ago (just a short drive and hike from my house) and have been attempting the sit-start ever since. It is a gently overhanging wall, perfect sandstone, amazing holds (a few being incredibly sharp though) and really interesting, fun movement. It took a long time to slowly unlock the beta and at times I would give up on it and go complete other projects before coming back to it feeling stronger only to get shut down again and again. About a month ago I finally stuck the crux moves from a stand start and of course got excited to link it from the sit and thought (perhaps foolishly) that I would link it quickly. Six or Seven sessions and over a month later, I finally found myself standing on top. Over two years of trying it and I couldn't be more pleased.
This video shows some of the process, the battle, and eventually the victory.
