The alderman was tried and tested in capitals, around him a fuzz of migrant neons their faces as pesky as one would guess they ought actually assume. The alderman resolved to pitch middle and off or just outside, organising entertainments by such as the maskedly feline attendant to witty threads woven into the shared air of vibrantageous jelly. Strictly ackanickalous, b-cátt delivered this sharpish account to a full house upstairs at Bar Loco assembled for an evening of Blue Rinse. Having awed audiences on the reg these past years (under various guises and with various collaborators) this solo outing, pitting his uniquely twisting mandolin against several niftily looped tableaux, was eagerly awaited. And the cátt did fail to disappoint, as you can now appreciate in the comfort of your setting with this grainy old vid shot by Gustav Thomas.
The audio for this was mixed and mastered by the cátt himself, who also prepared a brilliant Felt Beak album post with the show tape which can be downloaded here:

Sound at Blue Rinse was handled by Sean Cotterill, probably. Possibly Dario.
Blue Rinse took place this time on October 25 2012 at Bar Loco, Newcastle Upon Tyne; it happens there (mostly there) on the last Thursday of every month.
