How do companies reach out to graduates in emerging markets? Together with Henkel, University of Cologne and the CEMS Global Alliance, we're tackling this question head-on. Henkel has been involved with CEMS as one of its partners, developing activities geared to attracting and nurturing young talents, since 1994. Now the program is being realigned to strengthen ties with the emerging markets.
