Tereesa is a proud Gamilaroi woman. She lives on Darug Country, in Western Sydney, Australia.​​ When she was younger, she found it hard to afford to rent a house and make a home for her four children.​ With the support of Caritas Australia’s partner, Baabayn Aboriginal Corporation, Tereesa is now thriving and supporting others through the Young Mums and Bubs Group.
